Synopsis:
Steven Spielberg's delightful fantasy loses none of its charm on the small screen. It tells the tale of a lonely boy (Henry Thomas) befriended by a stranded alien. He's drawn into all manner of adventures as he and his friends attempt to return the creature to its home. John Williams' outstanding soundtrack never fails to move, especially in the bike ride across the moon sequence. Look out for Drew Barrymore as the wide-eyed Gertie.
