A tough former Marine finds himself trapped in a nightmarish world when he goes undercover to help with an investigation into a corrupt prison warden. He discovers the sadistic official has resorted to violent methods to exact revenge on those who've crossed him, and provide personal entertainment to boot - by training the vicious guard dogs kept on site to track and kill on command.
