Upright citizen Errol Flynn arrives in the infamous frontier town to find that cowboys and rapscallions rule the roost - and is so shocked by the plight of the beleaguered residents that he decides to take the job of sheriff. As difficult as his task is, he still finds time to do his best to sweep local girl Olivia de Havilland off her feet, but she's not so keen on the idea.
