Movie (1954)
An ageing tennis champion suspects his wife is having an affair, so hatches a plan to have her killed so he can inherit her fortune. He gets hold of a disgraced former soldier and blackmails him into murdering her and making it look like the work of a burglar. But the plan backfires when the intended victim kills the would-be assassin. This excellent Hitchcock thriller was originally filmed in 3D, but only had a limited release in that form. Starring Ray Milland, Grace Kelly, Robert Cummings and John Williams
