A tenacious scientist searching for a cure for Alzheimer's disease comes up with a dubious scheme to enlarge sharks' brains in an effort to research her project. However, her efforts only succeed in increasing the creatures' intelligence, prompting them to go on the rampage, with bloody consequences.
