Two students worry about making the grade in college, until discovering they are automatically eligible for a pass if a room-mate commits suicide - and a fellow student fits the bill perfectly. However, once they set their scheme into action, events spiral out of control. Marvellous black comedy, with Matthew Lillard giving a typically excellent and deranged performance - although he does threaten to veer into the realms of panto villain at times.
