Day of the Dead 2: Contagium

When the patients of a military hospital start to suffer from a deadly virus that turns them into flesh-eating zombies, the government attempts to eradicate the plague by killing the sufferers and all those who have come into contact with them. The response seems to have been a success, until many years later when a group of unsuspecting mental patients in the same facility, now a civilian treatment centre, begin to show eerily similar symptoms.
