Synopsis:
Jason Statham returns as we pick up the story of Chev Chelios, three months on from where 'Crank' finished. As Chelios awakes in hospital, he finds Chinese doctors removing his heart in order to save an underground leader. Amy Smart, Dwight Yoakam and David Carradine also star.
