Synopsis:
The human race is threatened by a sudden depletion in the ozone layer over California, which causes all manner of strange things to happen, including bizarre climate changes and weird behaviour among animals. However, the desperate warnings of an on-the-ball scientist seem set to go unheeded - until it's far too late.
