Movie (1968)
Clint Eastwood plays an Arizona sheriff sent to New York to bring an imprisoned murderer back to stand trial. However, when the killer escapes, the southern lawman employs Wild West methods to recapture him, antagonising the city's police in the process. Don Siegel's gritty adventure, also starring Lee J Cobb, Don Stroud and Susan Clark. The first of three crime thrillers starring Eastwood showing this week.
