A group of elderly people returns to Earth five years after leaving to retire on utopian planet Antarea - to the shock of family members who assumed they were dead. Their alien friends have also come back to recover several of their race that were left behind in cocoons on the ocean floor, one of which has been abducted by a government research institute.
