A masked vigilante gives up his crusade when a journalist who aided him is killed. Years later, he is working as a security guard in a shopping mall when an old enemy resurfaces, searching for stolen top secret documents. When the criminal kidnaps the sister of the dead reporter, the crime fighter is persuaded to don his mask and take up the fight for justice once more.
