Movie (1991)
A headless corpse is found in the desert outside a small town, and identified as the wife of a wealthy local man who had disappeared years before. A big-city investigator is brought in to help the sheriff solve the grisly murder, but soon proves rather unpopular with his new partner as he first questions the man's methods, then becomes involved with his daughter.
