Movie (1986)
A cold-hearted architect is sent to assess a small town for possible development into a ski resort, and decides to take his daughter on the trip. However, it's not long before the warm welcome of the residents begins to melt his frosty exterior, causing him to rebel against his unscrupulous boss's plans. Overly sentimental drama with a festive feel, starring John Denver (who's just too nice to convince as the Scrooge type), Jane Kaczmarek and Kurtwood Smith
