Synopsis:
The circus which employs bumbling duo Laurel and Hardy has trouble scraping together a respectable salary for the pair, and so pays them off with a chimp named Ethel, which unfortunately shares its name with their landlord's wife - a factor which leads to a series of manic misunderstandings when they get their pet home.
