A disgraced cop turns to pimping for a living, but his girls keep disappearing. He goes searching for one of them and finds her barely alive, realising there is a serial killer behind the torture and murder of the missing prostitutes. After capturing and handing over a suspect to the authorities, he faces a race against time to prove the man's guilt before the police release him.
