Synopsis:
Premiere. Two bored youngsters get into all manner of mischief after a manic moggy with fun on his mind and a magical stovepipe hat on his head turns up at their house, and sets out to cause chaos. This colourful but lifeless comedy fantasy fails to do justice to the imagination behind the ever-popular children's book by Dr Seuss.
