Synopsis:
Family adventure, based on Rudyard Kipling's novel about a spoiled rich boy whose life is thrown into upheaval when he falls overboard from a ship. He is rescued by a schooner captain, and learns a few much-needed lessons in life when the tough seafarer introduces him to the idea of working for a living. This TV movie version of the story struggles to measure up to the 1937 adaptation with Spencer Tracy. Starring Robert Urich, Kenny Vadas, Kaj-Erik Eriksen and Sandra Nelson
