Synopsis:
The US president sets out to wage a cold war on neighbouring Canada in a bid to boost his popularity and the declining economy. It's all a publicity stunt, but one keen sheriff takes things rather too seriously. Michael Moore wrote and directed this satire, starring John Candy, Alan Alda and Kevin Pollak
