Cynical TV producer Whoopi Goldberg gets a shock when she hires a man to play Santa Claus on the box - it turns out her new employee hasn't been entirely truthful about his recent career, and is actually the real Father Christmas. As if that weren't enough, he's on a mission to melt her cold-as-ice heart and persuade her to take over the reindeer reins as the new face of the festive season, leading to no end of chaos.
