Bugles in the Afternoon

A disgraced Cavalry soldier attempts to redeem himself by returning to active service at a remote fort in the middle of Sioux territory, little suspecting his new commanding officer is an arch-enemy from the past. Their antagonism grows as they both fall for the same woman, and the new arrival finds himself assigned more and more dangerous missions by his commander, in the hope that he will not return from them.
