Movie (2004)
Romantic Bollywood-style retelling of Jane Austen's classic Pride and Prejudice, about a mother determined to find eligible bachelors for each of her daughters. Sparks fly when one of the girls encounters a haughty American - but there's no telling if true love is on the cards. Gurinder Chadha's film boasts some impressively choreographed set pieces, but unfortunately the lead characters are not charismatic enough to sustain much interest. Aishwarya Rai heads the cast, with Martin Henderson, Naveen Andrews and Indira Varma
