An American treasury agent Wesley Snipes sets out to solve a fellow investigator's murder, but finds the killer and his associates more formidable than expected. Unusually intelligent action thriller, which concentrates on the human aspect of crime and revenge. Snipes is on fine form in the lead, while Dennis Hopper and a convincingly deranged Viggo Mortensen provide excellent support
