Movie (2001)
An Israeli archaeologist working in Jerusalem uncovers the body of a man who appears to have died from crucifixion, prompting suspicions that she's found the body of Christ. As investigations progress, some begin to question whether Jesus actually rose from the dead, and the Catholic Church intervenes in an attempt to keep the lid on the controversial discovery. This thriller suffers from a complete lack of tension, as inexperienced director Jonas McCord fluffs every opportunity and wastes a fine cast to boot. Antonio Banderas, Olivia Williams and Derek Jacobi are among the stars
