Workaholic businessman Bruce Willis tries to impress clients and colleagues at an important business dinner by taking along a prim partner - but his plans fall through in spectacular fashion when his date gets roaring drunk, and proceeds to share the secrets of his lonely life with all and sundry. Blake Edwards' chaotic romantic comedy sadly soon loses its lustre, despite the high-quality cast, including Kim Basinger, John Larroquette and William Daniels
