Black Snake Moan

Christina Ricci and Justin Timberlake star alongside Samuel L Jackson in this Deep South-set drama. Ricci plays Rae, a devious, sex-mad girl who's the scandal of a small town. Timberlake is her boyfriend, Ronnie, who wants to make a better life for them and joins the military. No sooner has his bus left town, though, than Rae is playing naked football and 'entertaining' men. The night ends with her being beaten to a pulp and left at the side of a road. She's found by Lazarus (Jackson), a religious man who makes it his mission to save Rae's soul - and his method includes chaining her up in his home.
