Synopsis:
Talented mongrel Benji is separated from his trainer by a shipwreck. The plucky pooch ends up stranded in the wilderness - where he becomes foster dad to a litter of orphaned cougar cubs. However, a hungry timber wolf is also prowling the area, and looks set to clash with the courageous canine. This Disney adventure is hardly original but should keep youngsters entertained. Red Steagall and Frank Inn star, but it's the animals that steal the show
