Movie (2007)
When an English businessman plans to start a spice plantation in southern India, he hires an idealistic local, TK, to win the favour of the nearby community. However, when the young man learns that his employer has embarked on an illicit affair with his married housemaid, he is faced with a difficult choice between safeguarding his future or remaining loyal to the people of his village. Period drama set in 1930s India, the time of a growing nationalist movement within the country. Linus Roache and Rahul Bose star.
