Movie (1976)
Star-studded World War Two drama about the Japanese assault on a strategically important Pacific island - an attack which marked a turning point in the conflict, as American forces finally asserted themselves against their Japanese foes. The excellent all-star cast, which includes Charlton Heston, Henry Fonda, James Coburn, Robert Mitchum, Glenn Ford, Hal Holbrook and Toshirô Mifune, makes this an unmissable treat.
