Movie (1976)
A youngster finds comfort in a friendship with a hermit-like man who helps him heal and care for a wounded hawk, while his father struggles to overcome the mob mentality of their neighbours, who would happily see outcasts and misfits thrown out of the area. Forgettable Western melodrama with an interesting story but poor presentation. Burl Ives, Clint Walker, Lee H Montgomery and Diane Baker are among the stars
