Two sailors trying to woo the same lovely lass are lumbered with caring for her baby brother during manoeuvres at sea. Of course, it's impossible to keep the youngster quiet, so it's not long before the whole crew are pitching in to keep him safe, warm and well-fed - with chaotic results. Average comedy starring John Mills and Richard Attenborough, along with Michael Hordern, Lionel Jeffries and Bryan Forbes, who also co-wrote the screenplay
