Synopsis:
Jack Lemmon plays a lowly insurance clerk, who hopes to curry favour with his seedy manager, and enhance his chances of climbing the corporate ladder, by letting him use his flat for his extra-marital flings. But the clerk soon grows wise to the nastiness of corporate ethics and infidelity when his heartless boss seduces the very girl he has loved from afar.
