Synopsis:
Imprisoned Mob boss Robert De Niro vows to get out of jail, so feigns a breakdown. He's promptly released into the reluctant custody of psychiatrist Billy Crystal, who's forced to provide the gangster with a place to stay. It's not long before the doctor and his wife tire of their guest's antics - and with a gaggle of assassins hot on the villain's trail, life soon becomes very complicated.
