Two estranged brothers, one of them suffering from a brain tumour, train for a three-day endurance cycle race in the Colorado Rockies in an attempt to rebuild their broken relationship. As the race gets under way, the ailing brother is forced to face the possibility that the event may be beyond his capabilities.
