Movie (1984)
Political thriller about an American ambassador to Israel who finds himself blackmailed, due to his wife's affair with a leading figure in the PLO. However, he refuses to give in to the demands for 'hush money' - leading to trouble for everyone involved. Robert Mitchum, Ellen Burstyn, Rock Hudson and Donald Pleasence are among the sterling cast in this rather fussy offering, which unsuccessfully attempts to cover too much ground
