Movie (1972)
A friendly ghost takes a widow and her two children back in time to help prevent the persecution of a wealthy brother and sister. However, the chances of their quest meeting with success seem slim for the amiable spook and his companions. Lionel Jeffries' intelligent family fantasy is full of charm and boasts great performances from the cast, including Laurence Naismith, who plays the kind-hearted phantom, alongside Lynne Frederick, Diana Dors and Garry Miller
