All the Rage

A man shoots his wife's lover dead in a rage, and later claims he thought he was killing an intruder to get himself off the hook. However, his scheme becomes unstuck when his grief-stricken spouse leaves him and he discovers a streetwise cop is hot on his trail. Offbeat thriller, apparently trying to get a message about gun control across to the audience - but sadly the moral becomes slightly confused amid the tangled plot lines. Joan Allen, David Schwimmer, Jeff Daniels, Anna Paquin, Gary Sinise and Robert Forster are among the fine ensemble cast
