Synopsis:
Remake of the 1949 Oscar-winning political drama by director Steven Zaillian. Sean Penn stars as the ambitious populist politician Willie Stark, whose idealism is overshadowed by the lure of power; he finds it too much to resist and his morals begin to slip away in the race to become Governor of Louisianna. Also with Jude Law, Anthony Hopkins, Kate Winslet and Mark Ruffalo.
