Movie (1995)
Jim Carrey reprises his role as the loudly dressed pet detective, who has gone into self-imposed exile in the Himalayas after failing to save a raccoon. Luckily he is tempted to return to his true calling by a British explorer, who persuades him to travel to Africa and find a missing sacred bat - the one species of animal the eccentric investigator hates. Slapstick comedy sequel, which falls a long way short of the original film. Simon Callow, Ian McNeice and Maynard Eziashi take a back seat to Carrey's frantic mugging
