A Belfast car thief is planning a move to Barcelona with his girlfriend after paramilitary vigilantes drive them out of town. En route he stops over in Dublin to bid farewell to his cousin, but unwittingly tangles with a gangster and is forced to take part in a high-speed race with a twist.
