      Hide and Seek

A widower is left to pick up the pieces after his wife's suicide, and settles in a different town with his daughter, where the youngster finds solace in an imaginary friend. However, events take a dark turn when the unseen playmate proves to have a bloodthirsty streak. Thriller, starring Robert De Niro, Dakota Fanning, Elisabeth Shue and Famke Janssen

      Graveyard Shift

Workers at a run-down mill are systematically picked off in the dark by some sinister creature - but no one expects the deadly deeds to be the work of terrifying mutated rats with a penchant for human flesh. It's no surprise that this sub-standard horror is based on a short story by Stephen King - it seems many of his chilling tales are far better left on paper. David Andrews, Kelly Wolf, Stephen Macht, Andrew Divoff and Brad Dourif are among the cast, who appear to be just going through the motions

    • 11:00am

It's strange how movie adaptations of Stephen King's best-selling novels tend to veer wildly from the sublime to the ridiculous - with little in between. Sadly, this so-called horror, about a lawyer placed under a gypsy curse causing him to lose weight dramatically, is about as far from sublime as it's possible to be. Robert John Burke, Joe Mantegna, Lucinda Jenney and Bethany Joy Lenz

    • 1:00pm
      Friday the 13th

Jason Voorhees returns once again to wreak havoc on those who dare to get in his way, in this 2009 remake.

    • 3:00pm
      A Nightmare on Elm Street

Horror remake featuring Freddy Krueger, the icon serial-killer who kills people in their dreams, resulting in their real death in reality. Jackie Earle Haley plays the terrifying Freddy, with Kellan Lutz and Katie Cassidy also starring.

    • 5:00pm
      Child's Play 2

The murderous doll menaces a boy after being resurrected by an unwitting toy manufacturer. Horror, starring Alex Vincent and Jenny Agutter.

    • 7:00pm
      Child's Play 3

The evil spirit of infamous deadly doll Chucky returns to track down the only person aware of its true identity, and transfers its attentions to another innocent youngster, as its former owner has now grown up. Horror sequel, with Justin Whalin, Perrey Reeves and Jeremy Sylvers.

    • 9:00pm
      Bride of Chucky

The infamous killer doll is rescued from a police evidence lock-up by an old flame - who soon finds herself also transformed into a toy. The villainous pair set off on a murder rampage across Route 66 to retrieve the corpse of Chucky's original human form and return him to life. The fourth installment of the horror franchise successfully reinvents the series as a dark comedy. Starring Brad Dourif, Jennifer Tilly, John Ritter and Katherine Heigl.

    • 11:00pm
      Seed of Chucky

In the fifth film of the horror series, evil Chucky and his bloodthirsty bride Tiffany are about to become the subjects of a Hollywood movie. This seems to their son Glen like a good time to resurrect them... Imagine their disappointment, then, when their boy is horrified when they go on a killing spree in Hollywood. He's not like mum and dad at all. But that doesn't stop them doing their best - or worst. Brad Dourif and Jennifer Tilly return as the voices of Chuck and Tiffany, and Jennifer also makes an appearance as herself.
