Thanksgiving has arrived and it's time to celebrate the holiday with our loved ones and be thankful for one another. But let's not forget about the need to eat ridiculous amounts of food and of course watching hours of quality TV!

To help you decide what to watch this Thanksgiving, here is LocateTV's top 10 marathons and specials airing this Thursday.

10. If you have had enough turkey and need inspiration for something sweet to eat then the Cake Boss marathon is for you. Join Buddy Valastro and his team as from 6am/5c on TLC for lots of cake making fun.

9. In at number nine is a fantastic Christmas comedy, guaranteed to have all the family laughing. Will Ferrell stars in Elf, a movie about an elf who is shocked when he discovers he's actually human and travels to New York to find his family. Airs at 9/8c on USA.

8. The Biography Channel will be treating us this Thanksgiving with a biography marathon, starting with Halle Berry at 8am/7c. Other celebrity biographies include Brad Pitt and Julia Roberts.

7. If you can stand to look at any more food or want to learn how to eat a whole lot in one go then make sure to watch the Man v. Food marathon starring Adam Richman. It starts at 9am/8c on Travel Channel.

4. This Thanksgiving Syfy have chosen a not so Sci-Fi marathon and will instead be airing a great selection of James Bond movies. It all kicks off at 8am/7c with Thunderball starring the best Bond, Sean Connery, so make sure to set your alarm.

3. It seems like yesterday when Taylor Swift and Beyoncé were competing for the best video at the VMA Awards. Now they each have TV specials airing on the same day and both follow their everyday lives as musicians. If you want to see both specials then fear not as Taylor Swift: Speak Now airs at 8/7c on NBC and Beyoncé's: I am ... World Tour airs on ABC at 9.30/8.30c.

2. The Peanuts gather around Charlie's pingpong table for an unusual feast in A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving. This is great for kids and will air at 8/7c on ABC.

1. Our number one must see this Thanksgiving is the one and only Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, which takes place in New York for the 84th time and will be hosted by Al Roker. The Annual event features floats and marching bands, with celebrities including Miranda Cosgrove, Jimmy Fallon, Jessica Simpson and Kanye West scheduled to appear. Make sure you tune in at 9am/8c on NBC.

So with all this choice what will you be watching this Thanksgiving? Have I left anything out? We would love to hear your comments.

Happy thanksgiving!
