Most TV intros provide some exposition or distill the mood of a show to a few images. The very best stand on their own. These are, in no particular order, some of my favourites. Twenty-First Century Intros True Blood True Blood's intro smashes sex, violence and religion into one of the most intense intros in modern TV. No wonder the show's a hit.
