We are an animation nation. And the figures prove it. On January 14th next year, we will be celebrating The Simpsons 20th year on our screens, Family Guy has stacked up 139 episodes, Futurama has been nominated for 27 awards and won a total of 20 and South Park is the highest rated series on Comedy Central. In the past decade, animation, aimed at the older audience has increased in popularity and is now a well established part of our viewing.
