What's the season six craic?
Well, the season kicked off with Ted (Josh Radner) being asked to be best man at a mystery wedding...The mystery continues throughout the season with the question being, who's getting hitched?
Fairly Legal star Michael Trucco guest stars as a character known only as 'Crush' stirring up feelings for Robin (Cobie Smulders), but will this lead to a continued part for season seven?
After an emotional reunion with his father, Barney (Neil Patrick Harris) attempts to bond with Jerry (John Lithgow) by asking the gang to lie in order to make his life sound more exciting. Another bow to Barney's dishonesty arrow!
And, drum roll please...
For the finale...Robin and Barney get closer whilst meddling in Ted's relationship but things get complicated when Barney sees love interest Nora again. An incident makes Marshall and Lily literally watch a ticking clock for fear that Marshall will die of food poisoning. And Ted pushes ahead with being best man at the 'very important' mystery wedding!
